I got way off track on my monthly goals as triathlon training ramped up this summer. I’m back & ready to start tracking again!
- Work on my Summer Bucket list!
- Keep a balanced approach to eating, drinking, sleeping and movement. Track my eats on MyFitnessPal for 10 days.
- One strength workout a week (at least)
- Keep up my strengthening exercises
- Run for happiness & to get faster!
On the Summer Bucket List, I’ve completed:
- Use the grill all by myself – I grilled sausages, veggies & haloumi cheese all by myself last week!
- More sangria (loving Oiistar !)
- Eat ice cream late night — we went to Margie’s Candies on Saturday Night!
